1. Sponsor
This giveaway (the “Giveaway”) is offered by ProSoft Solutions LLC (“WePay”, “Sponsor”). The Sponsor conducts the random drawing, and the Sponsor's decisions are final and binding on all matters relating to the Giveaway.
2. Eligibility
- Open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia.
- You must be at least 18 years old at the time of entry — except 19 in Alabama and Nebraska, and 21 in Mississippi.
- Void in Puerto Rico, all US territories, and wherever prohibited or restricted by law.
- One (1) verified WePay account per person, in good standing. Entry by, or on behalf of, a business, organization, or group is not permitted.
- Employees, contractors, officers, and directors of the Sponsor and their immediate family and household members are not eligible.
- To receive any prize, a winner must complete identity verification (KYC) and any required tax forms (see §9).
It is your responsibility to ensure participation is lawful where you live. If participation is restricted or prohibited in your jurisdiction, do not enter.
3. Giveaway period
Each Giveaway cycle runs for one calendar month, opening at 12:00:00 AM Pacific Time on the first day of the month and closing at 11:59:59 PM Pacific Time on the last day (the “Entry Period”). The Sponsor's server clock (fixed Pacific Time, UTC−8) is the official timekeeper. Entries earned or submitted outside the Entry Period are void. Schedule changes, if any, are announced in-app at least 72 hours in advance.
4. How to enter
There are the following ways to receive entries into a Giveaway. Every entry has the same chance of winning, regardless of how it was obtained.
(a) By playing — free
Create a free WePay account and play eligible games during the Entry Period. Winning matches earns entries automatically — see how entries work. Playing is free; no purchase is required to earn entries this way.
(b) Free online entry — no purchase necessary
You may enter for free without playing, by submitting our free online entry form with the required information during the Entry Period. Each valid submission receives one (1) entry. Limit: one (1) free online entry per person per Giveaway cycle. Submissions that are incomplete, automated, duplicate, or that fail the eligibility checks are void.
(c) Paid entries (purchases / subscriptions)
Some in-app items and subscriptions (for example boosters, hints, and other gameplay features) are sold primarily for their in-game function and may also award entries. No item is sold solely as entries, and buying never improves your odds of winning compared with the free methods above — a paid entry and a free entry have exactly the same chance. Entries awarded with a purchase are voided if that purchase is refunded or charged back.
5. Entry limits
- One (1) free online entry per person per cycle (§4b).
- Entries earned by playing are subject to daily and other caps (anti-abuse / anti-mining); the current limits are shown in-app.
- Entries are non-transferable and bound to the account that earned or submitted them.
- Use of multiple accounts, bots, or automation to obtain entries voids all of that person's entries (see §11).
6. Winner selection & odds
Winners are chosen in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period, conducted by the Sponsor after the Giveaway closes. The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received. The number of winners for each cycle is published with the prizes (§7). If a selected winner is disqualified or does not respond in time, up to three (3) alternate drawings may be held before a prize is not awarded.
7. Prizes
- Prizes are cash, paid to verified winners by Payoneer, PayPal, bank wire, a prepaid card, or another method arranged with the winner.
- The total value of all prizes in any cycle does not exceed US$4,999. The specific prize amounts and the number of winners for each cycle are published in the app and on this site at the start of the cycle.
- Prizes are awarded “as is,” are non-transferable, and may not be substituted, except that the Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value.
- Only one prize per person per cycle. Unclaimed or forfeited prizes may be awarded to an alternate or not awarded.
8. Winner notification & verification
- Potential winners are notified by email from winners@wepay.games within 48 hours of the drawing, and the Sponsor may also call the phone number on the account, using the account's registered details. For this reason, a valid, verified email and phone number must be kept on the account. We never contact winners from any other address or through social media, and never ask a winner to pay anything to claim a prize.
- A potential winner must respond and complete identity verification (KYC) within five (5) days and sign an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability & Publicity Release (where lawful) plus any required tax forms.
- Failure to respond in time, ineligibility, returned notification, or non-compliance results in disqualification, and an alternate may be selected.
9. Taxes
All federal, state, and local taxes on a prize are the sole responsibility of the winner. For prizes valued at US$600 or more, the Sponsor will issue an IRS Form 1099, and the winner must provide a completed IRS Form W-9 (including taxpayer ID, collected solely for tax-reporting purposes) before the prize is paid. WePay does not provide tax advice.
10. Publicity
Except where prohibited, accepting a prize permits the Sponsor to use the winner's WePay handle and city/state in connection with the Giveaway and the announcement of winners, without further notice or compensation.
11. Conduct, anti-fraud & disqualification
The following void all of a person's entries and may result in account closure:
- Operating multiple accounts, or one account shared across people/household for entries.
- Bots, scripts, emulators, modified clients, or any automation used to play or to obtain entries.
- Match-fixing, collusion, or coordinated win/loss arrangements.
- Account sharing, paid boosting, or selling/transferring entries.
- Falsifying eligibility, location, or identity (including at KYC), or using a VPN/proxy to misrepresent location.
- Any breach of the Terms of Use.
The Sponsor may disqualify any entrant and void entries it reasonably believes to be obtained through prohibited conduct, and may modify, suspend, or cancel the Giveaway if it cannot be run as planned (fraud, technical failure, or other causes beyond its control).
12. Release & limitation of liability
By entering, you release the Sponsor and its affiliates, officers, agents, and partners (the “Released Parties”) from any claim or liability arising from participation in the Giveaway or acceptance or use of a prize. The Released Parties are not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, or misdirected entries, or for technical malfunctions. The Released Parties' total liability is limited to the value of the prize at issue.
13. Decisions & disputes
Participation is voluntary. By entering, you agree to these Official Rules and accept that the Sponsor's decisions on all matters relating to the Giveaway are final and binding. By entering you release the Released Parties (§12) from any claim arising out of the Giveaway, an entry, or a prize. To the fullest extent permitted by law, any dispute is resolved on an individual basis only — no class, collective, or representative actions — and you waive any right to a jury trial. If you do not agree to these Rules, do not enter.
14. Privacy
Information submitted to enter is handled under our Privacy Policy.
15. Not affiliated with platforms
This Giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Apple Inc., Google LLC, Meta Platforms, or any other platform. By participating you release these platforms. Any questions go to WePay, not the platform.
16. Void where prohibited
Void in Puerto Rico, all US territories, and where prohibited or restricted by law. The total value of all prizes in any cycle does not exceed US$4,999.
17. Winners list
After each cycle, winners are published in the app and on this website, showing each winner's WePay handle and the amount won.
18. General
If any provision is held invalid, the remainder stays in effect. The Sponsor's failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. These Rules, together with the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement regarding the Giveaway; in case of conflict, these Official Rules control for the Giveaway.
