Privacy Policy
WePay Privacy Policy · Last updated: June 18, 2026 · Effective: June 18, 20261. Who we are
This Privacy Policy explains how WePay collects, uses, shares, and protects information about you when you use our mobile games, visit our website, or otherwise interact with our services (collectively, the "Service"). The Service is operated by ProSoft Solutions LLC ("WePay", "we", "us", or "our"), Aleksandre Chkheidze Alley N 18, Tbilisi 0100, Georgia, which is the data controller. You can reach our privacy team at privacy@wepay.games.
2. Who can use the Service
The games are general-audience and may be played by anyone aged 13 or older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (see §10). Entering cash giveaways and receiving prizes is restricted to users 18 or older (19 in Alabama and Nebraska, 21 in Mississippi) — see the Giveaway Rules. The Service is currently offered primarily in the United States and may expand to other countries; this policy includes provisions for users in those regions for when it does.
3. Information we collect
3.1 Information you provide
- Account: email, username/handle, password (stored hashed), date of birth, country/state of residence, and — for winners — a phone number we use to make contact.
- Identity verification (KYC): for users who win and request a payout — full legal name, government-issued ID, proof of address, a selfie or liveness check, and tax identifiers (e.g. an IRS Form W-9) where required by law.
- Payout details: the information needed to pay you (for example your Payoneer or PayPal account, or bank / prepaid-card details). Card numbers, if any, are handled by PCI-compliant partners and are not stored on our servers.
- Communications: emails and support messages you send us.
- Social features: friend invites, team membership, and leaderboard participation — your handle and scores may be visible to other players.
3.2 Information collected automatically
- Device & technical: IP address, device model and identifiers, operating system, app version, language, and time zone.
- Advertising identifiers: Apple's IDFA and Google's Advertising ID (GAID), subject to your App Tracking Transparency choice on iOS (see §5).
- Usage: games played, levels won, entries earned, giveaways entered, in-app actions, and timestamps.
- Anti-fraud signals: device fingerprints and behavioural / account-linking signals used to keep giveaways fair.
- Cookies and similar technologies on our website — see §9.
3.3 Information from third parties
- Sign-in providers, if you sign in with a third-party account (Apple).
- Attribution and analytics partners (which ad or campaign brought you to the app).
- Identity-verification and payout providers.
- Fraud-prevention vendors.
4. How we use information
- Operate the Service: award entries, run giveaways, and pay out prizes.
- Verify identity, age, and eligibility (KYC, 18+ for prizes, jurisdiction).
- Contact winners by email and, where needed, by phone.
- Detect, investigate, and prevent fraud, multi-accounting, automation, and other prohibited behaviour.
- Provide customer support and respond to your requests.
- Show and measure advertising in the games, and attribute installs (see §5).
- Comply with legal obligations (AML, sanctions, tax).
- Improve and develop the Service.
5. Advertising, analytics & your choices
The games are free and supported in part by advertising. We and our partners use the identifiers and usage data above to show and measure ads, attribute installs, and analyse gameplay. The partners we work with include:
- Ad mediation & networks: AppLovin (MAX mediation), Google AdMob, Google Ad Manager, Unity Ads, ironSource, Mintegral, Meta Audience Network, Vungle (Liftoff), Pangle, Chartboost, InMobi, and Fyber (DT Exchange) — and other ad networks made available through mediation.
- Attribution (mobile measurement): Adjust.
- Analytics: Google Firebase / Google Analytics, and Magify.
Your choices. On iOS, we ask for permission under Apple's App Tracking Transparency (ATT) before using your IDFA for cross-app tracking; you can change this any time in iOS Settings. On Android, you can reset or delete your Advertising ID in device settings. You can also opt out of interest-based advertising through the NAI and DAA tools. Where supported, Apple's SKAdNetwork is used for privacy-preserving ad measurement. We do not show personalized (interest-based) advertising to users we know to be under 18.
6. How we share information
We share information with the following categories of recipients, under contract and only as needed:
- Hosting & infrastructure: Cloudflare (website) and Amazon Web Services (app backend).
- Sign-in: Apple.
- Purchases & subscription verification: the Apple App Store and Magify.
- Advertising, attribution & analytics: the partners listed in §5.
- Identity verification (KYC): an identity-verification provider, engaged when you win and request a payout.
- Payouts: Payoneer, PayPal, banks (for wire transfers), and prepaid-card issuers.
- Diagnostics: Google Firebase Crashlytics (app) and Sentry (backend).
- Fraud prevention: Adjust (in-app) and Cloudflare (website).
- Authorities, when required by law or to protect rights, safety, or the integrity of the Service.
- A successor, in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
- Other players, through social features — your handle, scores, and team membership may be shown on leaderboards and to teammates.
We do not sell your personal information for money. Some advertising-related sharing may qualify as a "sale" or "sharing" under certain US state laws — see §12 for how to opt out.
7. International transfers
We operate from Georgia, and information may be transferred to and processed in other countries — including the United States, the European Union, and wherever our service providers operate. Where required, transfers are protected by appropriate safeguards (for example EU Standard Contractual Clauses, the UK IDTA, or an adequacy decision).
8. Retention
- Account data — for the life of your account and a reasonable period afterwards for fraud-prevention and legal-defence purposes.
- KYC records — for as long as required by anti-money-laundering law (commonly around 5 years).
- Transaction & tax records — for as long as required by tax and financial law (commonly up to 7 years).
- Support communications — typically up to 24 months.
- Anti-fraud signals — for as long as needed to maintain the integrity of the Service.
9. Cookies and similar technologies
On our website we use cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember preferences, detect fraud, and analyse usage. You can manage non-essential cookies through your browser settings. Our mobile apps use device storage and SDKs rather than browser cookies; the choices in §5 apply there.
10. Children
The Service is general-audience and intended for users 13 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13; if you believe a child under 13 has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it. Users under 18 may play but cannot enter giveaways or receive cash prizes, and we do not show them personalized advertising — any ads shown to known-under-18 users are contextual / non-personalized.
11. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
- Access the personal information we hold about you.
- Correct inaccurate information.
- Delete information, subject to retention obligations.
- Restrict or object to certain processing.
- Receive a portable copy of your information.
- Withdraw consent at any time, where processing is based on consent.
- Lodge a complaint with your local data-protection authority.
For users in the EEA / UK, our legal bases are: performance of a contract (providing the Service and paying prizes); legal obligation (KYC, AML, sanctions, tax); legitimate interests (fraud prevention, security, analytics, product improvement); and consent (marketing and non-essential cookies, withdrawable any time). To exercise any right, contact privacy@wepay.games; we may need to verify your identity.
12. US state privacy rights
If you are a resident of California, Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, or another US state with a comprehensive privacy law, you may have the right to know, access, correct, delete, and obtain a portable copy of your personal information, and to opt out of "sales," "sharing," and targeted (cross-context behavioural) advertising.
We do not sell personal information for money. However, our use of advertising identifiers with the partners in §5 may be considered a "sale" or "sharing"/"targeted advertising" under some state laws. You can opt out by using App Tracking Transparency (iOS), resetting your Advertising ID (Android), the NAI / DAA tools, or by emailing privacy@wepay.games. We do not knowingly sell or share the data of anyone under 16. To exercise these rights you may also use an authorized agent; we will not discriminate against you for exercising them.
13. Security
We use organisational and technical safeguards — including encryption in transit, hashed credentials, access controls, and regular reviews — to protect personal information. No system is perfectly secure; if you suspect a security incident affecting your account, contact us immediately.
14. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version with a new date and, for material changes, notify you in the app or by email at least 14 days before the change takes effect.
