Why didn't I get entries after a win?
The most common reasons: you hit your daily cap, the match was flagged as abandoned, or it wasn't a entry-eligible mode (practice matches don't pay). Full rules on how entries work.
Can I buy entries?
No. Entries are earned only by winning matches in WePay games. Anyone offering to sell entries is running a scam — please report it to us.
How do I know a giveaway is fair?
Every giveaway publishes its total entry count, the random seed, the algorithm, and the winning handles. Replay the algorithm with the published seed to verify any result. Details on the eligibility rules page.
I won a giveaway — what happens next?
You'll get an in-app notification and an email. Then complete KYC within the published window and receive your payout via the supported method. Times and methods are on the eligibility rules page.
How do I delete my account / data?
Email privacy@prosoft.ge from the address tied to your account, with "Delete my account" in the subject. We process deletion within 30 days, subject to retention obligations in our Privacy Policy.
I want to report a cheater.
Email support@prosoft.ge with "Report a player" in the subject. Please include the player's handle, the match/giveaway IDs, and what you observed.
